Terms and Conditions

Moving forward with our client service relationship, we must discuss some ethical and procedural terms to be observed by both client (hereafter client) and KOVH Consultants LLC (hereafter KOVH) to allow services to continue at a reasonable pace. Below are some important points relevant to this end. Please note that this list is not all-inclusive:

1.     KOVH does not guarantee licensing as this can only be granted by federal, state, county, or other affiliated government agencies.

2.     Procedural and temporal considerations: A smooth, steady transaction flow is in all parties’ best interest. For this reason, KOVH insists on a a 72-hour-turnaround, excluding weekends and holidays, beginning on the first business day following notification, for client to furnish any signatures, forms, and other documents relevant to the service client requires. Notification will be communicated via email, text message, phone call, or other hard (paper) documentation with a date and time stamp. Should this window be exceeded, client will receive an an additional five (5) business days to comply with KOVH’s request. At the end of the additional five (5)-business-day-window, KOVH will continue the relationship at its hourly rate of $250.00, billed in fifteen (15)-minute increments. KOVH reserves the right to suspend service until payment is furnished.

3.     Withholding information: some services will require client to disclose potentially uncomfortable or embarrassing information pertaining to client’s past experiences, like client’s criminal history, etc. Withholding, obstructing, or misrepresenting any such information (if applicable) will delay, suspend, or terminate services.

4.     Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of an unreconcilable difference between KOVH and client, both client and KOVH reserve the right to terminate the relationship. KOVH requests a five (5)-day notice and will grant the same to client under such circumstances. Fees paid by client will be billed toward services rendered, and a final bill will be furnished to client by KOVH to settle final costs or reimbursements, whichever applies.
